The hotel is conveniently located in a central area, close to various dining options, shops, and entertainment. It's just a short 5-minute walk to the lake from the hotel.

Booked well laid out and brand-new room that was kept quite clean. The location was easy on underground. The staff were really helpful and extremely helpful lot of the time.

My room was clean and cozy with a comfortable bed just like the pictures showed.

Enjoyed the quadruple room, wouldn't mind staying there all day. The hotel was extremely convenient and modern and in a central location adjacent to moslem friendly restaurant, shopping malls, entertainment and restaurants and train station, shopping and eateries.

I had a good-sized room with my own bathroom. The breakfast spread was huge and really delicious, with lots of choices to pick from! 🌟

Place was clean and functional! The staff was very amiable and respectful. Large and compact rooms had a private safe, central heating and an electronic key card. Location: the hotel was just next door to convenient store directly downstairs, Tokyo for the first time and looking to get an overall good impression of the city and shopping center, restaurants and metro station and a bus shuttle to Haneda airport. Also, Ancient Orient Museum was not far.

Every time we stay in Tokyo, like to stay here. It's an upgraded brand-new hotel nestled in a functional style building. The staff are excellent and extremely friendly. The positives include incredible location and parking nearby.

The rooms were newly renovated, there was a small fee for an extra, the breakfast was complimentary, and it had a convenient central location near an anime theme park.

The staff here is excellent, very accommodating, and has a great sense of humor, and the breakfast is delicious and satisfying.

Responsive staff that liked their guests. The quadruple room with modern decor had all necessary amenities. A lounge, coffee, and a separate lounge were available in the room.

Some people working there were not that friendly.

We chose it and spent 3 nice sunny days here. The rooms are always brand-new with a nice view.- The staff is really helpful and gave a lot of tourist information.

The hotel is in a central location close to Japan Mint Tokyo Museum, making it convenient for exploring the city. There is a market and a bakery nearby, perfect for grabbing snacks or souvenirs during your stay.

The location of this hotel was perfect for us as it was connected to a shopping mall. We loved being able to easily access shops and restaurants right from the hotel. The convenience of having a 24-hour Family Mart in the building was also a big plus. The staff here were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We were impressed with the cleanliness of our room and appreciated the amenities provided. The view from our room on the 34th floor was breathtaking. The comfortable beds and separate lounge area made our stay even more enjoyable. we had a wonderful experience at this hotel and highly recommend it.

In terms of negatives, we have absolutely no complaints about this place. We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Location and room are excellent. Bus from airport is very convenient.

I had some minor trouble using my credit card on check-in, because the hotel machine could not confirm my card. (The card itself was ok.) Sometimes I have trouble finding the best way into the hotel from outside, especially when Sunshine City shopping area is closed.
